1. No Refunds

We have a strict no-refund policy. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a complimentary re-fix within 3 days if adjustments are needed.


2. Preparation Requirement

To ensure a smooth and timely service:

  • Clients are required to arrive with their hair blow-dried and ready for braiding.
  • If this condition is not met, an additional fee will apply for preparation services.

3. Deposit and Payment Terms

  • Deposit: Any deposit made will be deducted from the total service cost.
  • Remaining Balance: The balance must be settled at the time of service via cash or Zelle.

4. Children Policy

To maintain a calm and professional environment, we kindly request that children who are not receiving braiding services do not accompany clients to their appointments.


5. Communication Protocol

For all inquiries or concerns:

  • Please contact us directly through our main salon line.
  • Communication with individual staff members is not permitted to ensure consistent service.
